Process Evaluation of Complex Interventions: Short Course
Process evaluation is an essential part of designing and testing complex interventions. The centre for the Development and Evaluation of Complex Interventions for Public Health Improvement (DECIPHer) at Cardiff University brings together a team of world class researchers with expertise in a wide variety of quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods and intervention technologies to design and undertake process evaluations. This one-day short course will provide participants with practical guidance in planning, designing, conducting, analysing and reporting process evaluations of complex health interventions.
Participants will be guided through the theory and practice of process evaluation through: presentations by tutors with expertise in process evaluation; case studies illustrating a range of process evaluations, and; individual and group exercises.
When: Thursday 10th August 2023, 0800-1530 (AEST)
Where: This workshop will be online; there will be small group work so all registrants must dial in from a device with a camera and microphone.
