Q: Where is my order?
A: You can check the status of your order by contacting the product owner on the "More Information" tab from the product page you ordered.
Q: How do I know my order processed?
A: When you place an order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation and if applicable, a tax invoice. If you were logged in and checked out as a registered user, you can log in to Shop.Monash and view all of your orders in your My Orders page.
Q: I haven't received my order confirmation email!
A: Please have a look in your junk or spam folder. If it's not there contact us and we can re-send the order confirmation for you.
Q: How do I change my order or address after purchasing?
A: You will need to contact the product owner to change the shipping address of your order. You can find the product owner on the "More Information" tab from the product page you ordered.
Q: How can I see my purchase history?
A: If you were logged in as a registered user, you can check your purchase history in your My Orders page.
Q: How do I get my tax invoice?
A: A tax invoice is automatically emailed for all purchases on Shop.Monash as part of the checkout process. If you are a registered user and you were logged in at the time of purchase, log in to Shop.Monash and go to your My Orders page. From there you can open the order and download or print a copy of your tax invoice. If you checked out as a guest contact us and we will re-send your tax invoice for you.
