Chris Mann is the Head of Humanities at the John Monash Science School, based on Monash University’s Clayton Campus. With over a decade of experience teaching Year 10 Geography and Year 11 Environmental Science, and nine years teaching Year 12 Environmental Science, Chris brings deep subject expertise and a passion for engaging students in environmental learning. He is committed to making authentic, real-world connections between curriculum content, essential skills, and the pressing environmental challenges of our time. Known for his dynamic and engaging teaching style, Chris strives to take learning beyond the classroom, inspiring students to see Environmental Science as both relevant and empowering.
