Monash University and The Centre of Research Excellence in Patient Safety presents the Seminar:

UsingPatient Reported Outcomes to Impact Change

Health services now recognise the importance of Patient-Reported Outcomes (PROs). They can be used to assess the effectiveness of treatments, and whether they provide good return on investment. From a patient-centred care perspective, PROs can be used to actively engage patients in their disease management, and are increasingly being used to promote self-management by targeting education and support services.

This seminar explores how PROs are being collected in real-world clinical settings, and how they are being used to improve the quality of care provided to patients. Presented by Monash University and the Centre of Research Excellence in Patient Safety (CRE-PS), this educational seminar will be run by experienced leaders in Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) collection. This seminar is designed for all healthcare professionals who want to learn more about how PROs are being used to impact change in Australian healthcare settings.
