High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): is a highly effective workout that combines full-body strength training

with high-intensity cardio bursts. This class is designed to burn fat, increase fitness levels and lean muscle mass. Modifications for all fitness levels are provided.

Please note: Late admittance is not accepted, you must arrive on time to classes.
