This class gives you a small taste of 3 different programs The abs class is engaging abdominal workout activating your upper, lower and side abdominal area, as well as incorporating your inner core stabilisers. This abs class will get your heart racing and your abs working.

Hatha Yoga is a complete mind and body workout that will improve your balance, increase flexibility and build a fluid strength in the body and mind. With Hatha Yoga you can overcome daily stress and increase wellbeing by working with posture (asana), breathing (pranayama) and relaxation (yoga nidra).

The pilates sessions improves core strength, flexibility and posture. This class will tone and strengthen the deep and superficial abdominals, gluteals, hips and thighs.
