Active Strength: An enjoyable 45 minute class that involves a variety of training tools that may include
dumbbells, weight plates and an individual’s body weight. This class will strengthen your entire body and
will get you results. The class may include exercises such as squats, lunges, push ups and curls. If you
want to increase your strength and tone up then this is the class for you. Modifications for all fitness levels
can be provided.
