Advancing feedback and supervising challenging learners – Workshop 2

This half-day online workshop is designed for supervisors with some experience who would like to advance their student supervision and feedback skills and in particular how to support challenging learners.

Learning Objectives:

By the end of the session participants will be able to:

1. Explore strategies for providing advanced feedback
2. Explore the concept of ‘fitness for practice’ and professionalism
3. Analyse factors contributing to learners’ performance
4. Reflect upon existing practice of managing challenging learners
5. Discuss strategies to support learners not meeting the required standard

Cost: $286 AUD per person inc. GST per workshop

Our workshop facilitators value peer-to-peer interaction to support your learning during the online workshop. We, therefore, have a minimum number of workshop participants required.
