What is it?

Got a spare hour and want to know more about Shop.Monash? This session will give Monash Vendors an overview of:

  • Your options when setting up new listings
  • Updating order statuses
  • Filtering your order view
  • Exporting your orders
  • Turning products on or off
  • Updating quantity available
  • Discounting
  • Scheduling for item availability, closure and special rate pricing
  • Promotion of your listing on Shop.Monash
  • Payment, Refunds and transfer of funds

It's also intended to give you an opportunity to ask other questions and hear questions others are asking that we haven't covered here.

Who should come?

You don't have to be an existing Shop.Monash Vendor.

These sessions are open to anyone who may be interested in listing an item on Shop.Monash.

Why should you come?

  • You may just want a little more understanding of how it all works.
  • You may need a little more confidence in certain areas.
  • You may have an event you're thinking of listing but you're just not sure.

Is this a once off event? 

No, we plan to run these sessions every quarter to make sure a session is available to new staff and as the demands of existing staff change.

How long are the sessions?

The sessions are scheduled to last an hour at least. They will be open-ended though to ensure we can adequately cover any topics that may pop up during the session.

Where is it?

The sessions will be held on Level 4, 211 Wellington Road Mulgrave. Shuttle bus access from Clayton campus runs every 20 minutes. Parking is also available on site for Monash Parking Permit holders.
