Qualification Verification Request

Request confirmation of a Monash University student's enrolment status or a graduate’s qualification, subject to the Data Protection and Privacy procedure, if you represent:

* a potential employer
* a government organisation
* an educational institution.

You must attach a scanned copy of a third-party authority (i.e. consent to release information to you) that has been hand-signed by the student or graduate.

We'll reply by email within five working days of receiving your request. If we can't confirm your details or the third-party authority, we’ll decline your request.
