Monash Institute of Medical Engineering: Medical Technology Masterclass

Please join our Medical Technology Strategy Masterclass, which will cover advanced medical technology commercialisation strategy, which is a critical consideration at the earliest stages of development for success in MedTech Product innovation.

The concepts learned within this Masterclass will be invaluable for all participants, whether in clinical, research, technical and/or management and support based roles.

The Masterclass will be led by A/Prof Khoa Cao, who trained in medicine at Monash and engineering at Stanford, where he graduated from Stanford Biodesign, the world’s leading centre for medical technology innovation. Khoa has previously founded an investor-backed MedTech start-up in Silicon Valley and worked in MedTech at the WHO, IBM,Oxford, UCSF and Stanford. He has also consulted for MedTech start-ups and incumbents, including Medtronic, Boston Scientific and Philips.

Handouts will be provided after completion of the masterclass.

Coffee, tea, water and lunch will be provided.
