This book documents the progress of PEEL over eight years, including the impact of PEEL in the original school (Laverton High School), and the spread of PEEL to other schools. It also contains chapters reflecting on the dissemination of PEEL, and principles for adopting and sustaining an innovation. Another section of the book contains a chapter describing the seventy-six generic teaching procedures developed by PEEL teachers over the seven years, as well as practical advice on how to use them and chapters on curriculum and teaching and learning. (This book also contains a users' guide which allows the reader to access the text through a variety of commonly asked questions and concerns.)
