Leadership and the New World of Work: Closing the complexity gap

Leadership and the New World of Work is a multi-layered open program that leads participants on a journey of cognitive, behavioural and emotional change.
Facilitated by expert course leaders, it uses targeted coaching and an interactive digital platform to drive learning and measure impact. Working in groups and individually, participants will apply design thinking to their own situations and experience leadership as the practice of continuous connection. Beyond face-to-face workshops and coaching, participants will experience the program as any globally-active executive must – remotely and in their own time.
