OVERVIEW
ICM+ is a world-renowned, pioneering clinical research software for neuro-monitoring needs. This workshop will cover the full neuromonitoring data lifecycle, from bedside data collection to research analytics, including:
1. Data Acquisition
data collection set up, configuring ICM+ to integrade data from bed-side monitors.
2. Data Curation, Exploration & Analysis
browse and analyse high resolution ICU data, extract meaningful information on physiology and pathophysiology from raw waveforms of neuromonitoring measurements.
3. Interpretation & Clinical Context
showcase complex multimodal monitoring scenarios and discuss how advanced multimodal monitoring can help in managing patients.
4. Big Data & Batch Workflows
streamlining analysis of large data sets, should more advanced users wish to explore cohort based exploration and analysis.
An in-depth look at multimodal neuromonitoring, with a particular focus on continuous monitoring of cerebral autoregulation. retrospective datasets will be provided to demonstrate and guide basic and advanced exploration of the information carried by recorded modalities. Case studies of multimodal monitoring with interesting patterns and clinical impacts will be explored and discussed. participants will apply techniques learned to arrive at informed interpretations of underlying pathophysiological phenomena. participants will work in small groups using their own laptops.
The Australasian Traumatic Brain Injury Collaborative: Acute Care Symposium will be held the next day on 12/08/2026. If you are also attending the symposium, you will receive an ICM+ Neuromonitoring Workshop discount.
