Marianne Roux - Professor of Practice, Monash Business School and Course Director
Marianne has 25 years experience as a human resource executive, coach, consultant and facilitator. She has worked across five continents in mining, oil and gas, retail, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, sport, aged care, health, education, professional and financial services, infrastructure, not-for-profit and ICT. Marianne has particular expertise in customised leader programs, executive team development, people, talent and leadership strategy, and HR transformation.
Professor Richard Hall - Deputy Dean, Leadership and Executive Education, Monash Business School
Richard is responsible for the strategic direction and leadership of the Monash Business School's MBA programs, executive education, leadership programs and processes, and engagement with business and other partners. His areas of expertise lie within the broad field of work and organisation studies, including: leadership, new technology, organisational change, the future of work organisational discourse, industrial relations. Richard's research has been widely published internationally.
Ephraim Patrick - Practice Leader, Talent Strategy and Organisation, Mercer
Ephraim is leading the Workforce Strategy and Analytics Practice at Mercer Pacific and has implemented effective workforce strategies, policies and processes with HR and Business Executives in various industries and countries across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia. His areas of expertise include organisational design, leadership assessment and development strategies, change management, restructuring and post merger integration.
