DISCOVER INSIGHTS LONG-TERM RESEARCH STUDIES AND A NEW RESEARCH INITIATIVE FOR MILDURA

Injecting drug use and methamphetamine smoking are the two forms of drug use linked to the majority of illicit drug-related harm in Australia. To date, much of what we know about this comes from capital cities. Little is known about people in rural areas who use illicit drugs. Join Professor Paul Dietze and Associate Professor Bernadette Ward for a compelling presentation on this topic, and what's happening in Mildura.

In Victoria, research following people who use drugs has been going for more than a decade, working with participants from Melbourne and rural Victoria.
