Feedback in the clinical workplace workshop - 13 March 2018 - Monash University Clayton

This workshop aims to help supervisors of students to develop their knowledge, skills, attitudes and practices regarding feedback in the clinical workplace.

Using both plenary and group activities, we expect you to leave the workshop with a better understanding of what effective feedback looks like and why feedback is so important within the clinical workplace learning environment.

You will reflect on popular methods of providing feedback, discuss the role of feedback in promoting students’ evaluative judgment (i.e. their ability to critically assess their own and others’ performance) and learn how to apply a structured method of feedback.
