Exams-Application to Sit Exam/s Overseas-August 2018

Students who are returning to their home overseas during the Semester Two Deferred and Supplementary exam period scheduled for 6 August-9 August 2018.

Eligibility: 

1. Only students who have been granted a DEF or NS grade are eligible to apply.  If WES shows any other grade, your application will not be processed.  Grade queries should be referred to your faculty.

2. The Semester One Deferred & Supplementary exam period is available for the conduct of exams deferred from the Semester One exam period i.e. you cannot sit exams in this period for units deferred from the previous year. 

3.  Only applications submitted, including receipt of correct payment, by 5pm Friday 13 July will be processed. 

Approved Venues:

A detailed list of approved overseas venues is available at the Exams Website .

Confirmation:

An email confirming your application has been received and processed will only be sent to your student email account after 9 July 2018 once the semester exam results are published.

Cancellation:

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after the application closing date

No refunds will be issued if you do not attend your scheduled exam.
