10th International Symposium on 'Delivery of Functionality in Complex Food Systems' 2023 (DOF 2023)

 

Held between October 25 - 27, 2023, DOF 2023 is an interdisciplinary three-day symposium about food science and engineering, biophysics, applied soft matter, food technology and applied human nutrition. This year DOF will have a special emphasis on sustainability (incl. alternative proteins) and analysing their functionality. This includes techniques to measure physicochemical, sensory and nutritional properties. Additionally, there will be a session hosted by the Riddet Institute on "Digestion and Bioavailability".

 

Registration fee is AUD 330 for students and AUD 550 for staffs.

 

Total price includes all morning/afternoon teas, lunches, conference dinner on 26 October and the welcome reception on the first evening of the conference which is 25 October (Note that the price will remain unchanged irrespective of attendance).
