This page is for delegates to register for in-person or online attendance (Australian-based attendees only). GST will be applied to your order.
If you are attending this conference i. online only AND ii. from outside Australia please register via this site here to avoid GST (10% of the total sales price) being charged.

Important information - please read before purchase

Recording
1. All sessions of the conference will be streamed and recorded. By proceeding with this purchase, you acknowledge and consent to audio-visual recording and streaming.
2. All delegates will be provided with access to the recordings of the conference proceedings.

Registration options
1. In-person registration includes the breakfast meeting and networking reception.
2. Online-only registration includes access to the Zoom webinar stream only. These are being offered at a discounted rate.
3. All delegates will be provided with the link to join the Zoom webinar on the day, and in-person registrants may switch to attending online instead if required (for example, if unwell).

Refunds and exchanges
1. Please notify the conference secretariat by email austrim@monash.edu for any refund requests no later than Thursday 6 November.
2. For exchanges or registration transfers the following deadlines apply:
a. In-person registrations - Thursday 6 November
b. Online-only registrations - Friday 14 November

Accessibility
We are committed to supporting inclusion and accessibility, with the following features available to all delegates:
Quiet room (as available - not bookable)
Lifts (all conference rooms are located on level 1)
Accessible, individual and all-gender bathrooms (on level 1, adjacent to the main meeting room)
Online joining via Zoom webinar, including live transcription
Recordings of presentations will be made available to all attendees after the event.

Please let us know if you require any of the following so that we can organise these in advance:

Wheelchair accessible hotel rooms and/or tables/seating
