The organising committee of the 8th Asia-Pacific Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring is pleased to invite interested companies to support this exciting international event. This is the eighth in a series of biennial Asia-Pacific workshop that focus on the field of Structural Health Monitoring (SHM). Previous workshops were held in Yokohama, Melbourne, Tokyo, Shenzhen, Hobart and Hongkong. Renowned researchers and industry practitioners from all over the world attended these conferences.

The workshop is a forum where key and emerging technical issues that are critical and unique in structural health monitoring are identified and discussed, as well as allow current state-of-the-art technologies and R&D activities in the field are presented. The workshop also promote exchanges and cross-fertilisation among many disciplines.

  1. The conference organising committee reserves the right to amend sponsorship packages to benefit the sponsor, conference and delegates. 
  2. Sponsors will be selected based on their ability to meet conference requirements. The organising committee reserves the right to review all display materials provided by a Sponsor or Exhibitor and/or, with discretion, refuse any application.
  3. Sponsors will not have an opportunity to present verbally to conference delegates as a group nor influence any aspect of conference content. Sponsors will not have the ability to undertake direct fundraising or merchandising.
  4. All other Sponsors must comply with the principles that their sponsorship must:
    1. Withstand professional and public scrutiny;
    2. Conform to professional and community standards of ethics and good taste;
    3. Will not bring the 8th Asia Pacific Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring or the industry into disrepute.
  5. The conference organising committee reserves the right to vary the quoted prices in accordance with any change to the legislated rate of GST (currently 10%). All packages shown are inclusive of GST.
  6. Sponsorship will only be confirmed on receipt of a signed application form and payment.
    1. A tax invoice will be issued for all cash sponsorship with acknowledgement being given on the receipt of the signed application form and payment of the sponsorship amount.
  1. In the event of a cancellation by a sponsor:
    1. A refund will be provided for 50% of sponsorship paid for cancellations received within one month of application and before 1st August 2020.
    2. No refunds of sponsorship monies will be given for cancellations received after 1st August 2020.
  1. The delivery of sponsorship entitlements will be provided subject to the sponsor's application meeting production timelines.
