Congratulations on reaching the final stage of your studies.

As a final-year student in an entry-to-practice nursing or midwifery degree, you're invited to join us for a Celebration Badge Ceremony as we recognise your achievements and mark this important milestone ahead of the successful completion of your final assessments.

Following the ceremony, yoy'll be invited to enjoy light refreshments with your guests, fellow students and academic staff as we celebrate your journey and accomplishments together.

Please note that this is not an official graduation ceremony. Rather, it is an opportunity for the Monash Nursing and Midwifery community to come together and acknowledge the dedication, resilience and hard work that have brought you to this point.

Ticket information

Due to venue capacity limits, tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Each student may reserve a ticket for themselves and up to two guests, subject to availability.
• Reservations exceeding the guest limit will be cancelled.
• When booking, please select the ticket type that matches your course to assist with event planning and seating allocations.

Waitlist

If tickets are no longer available, you can join the waitlist. Places will be offered in the order requests are received should tickets become available.

If you have secured tickets and later find you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so that places can be offered to fellow students and their families.

Depending on final attendance numbers, additional guest tickets may become available closer to the event date. If you would like to be considered for extra tickets, please join the waitlist by emailing mnm.comms@monash.edu. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, additional tickets cannot be guaranteed.

If you're unable to attend the ceremony, your badge will be mailed to you following the event.
