2025 Human Factors & Patient Safety Conferences

The first Monash University Human Factors and Patient Safety Conference will be held Thursday 27th-Friday 28th March 2025 at 750 Collins Street (Monash College City Campus) in Melbourne, Australia.

Listen to insightful talks from leaders in Human Factors and Resilient Health Care, participate in workshops focused on practical application and connect with a range of Human Factors experts, patient safety researchers, health care providers, simulation providers and more! Our sessions and events will help you build ideas and connections to foster Human Factors expertise in your institution.

This 2-day event brings together experts, researchers, practitioners and industry professionals to explore developments in Human Factors and Patient Safety.

We are collecting expressions of interest for a celebratory conference dinner, to be held on the evening of Thursday 27th March, 2025. This is at additional cost. Partners can also attend.

Cost
Early Bird: $880 AUD (including GST) until 31/01/2025
Standard rate: $1,045 AUD (including GST)

Please note - registrations will close once venue capacity is reached, or on 14/03/2025 if not sold out earlier

Cancellation Policy: If you book but are unable to attend for any reason, you may cancel or transfer your booking with the following options:

• >8 weeks prior: 10% of booking fee
• 4-8 weeks prior: 50% of booking fee
• <4 weeks prior: exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• >48 hours prior: you may nominate an alternative person to transfer your registration to at no extra charge.
