2023 Japanese Language Maintenance Course

2023 Language Maintenance Course for Victorian Teachers of Japanese is a 37.5-hour language maintenance course funded by the Department of Education Victoria, organised, and delivered by the Monash Japanese Language Education Centre. 

The course will be delivered through a combination of face-to-face and online classes and enable teachers to refresh and develop their Japanese language skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. Concentrating on listening and speaking skills, the course will focus on appropriate historical and contemporary aspects of Japanese culture and language. All course materials are provided.

Friday 7 and Saturday 8 July 2023 (9am – 5pm Face to Face)
Tuesdays 11 July – 5 September 2023, 4:30-6:00pm (Online -zoom)
Saturday 9 September (9am – 5pm Face to face)

*Attendance at all sessions is required

Cost:

The course is funded by the Department of Education Victoria however, a registration fee of $150 applies to all participants.
